Fast to use, clear about the boundaries
These terms apply to MsgQuick’s temporary inboxes, passwordless login, permanent addresses, forwarding archives, and verification protection. By using the service, you agree to follow these rules. If you do not agree, do not create or use an address.
Four checks before issuing an address
The service is designed for short-term sign-ups, testing, and low-risk separation—not as a replacement for a bank account, identity document, or permanent communications channel.
Addresses may expire
Temporary addresses last three hours by default. We do not promise permanent retention, recovery, or continued receipt of account-recovery emails.
You are responsible for your use
Do not use the service to steal accounts, impersonate others, send abusive content, or bypass platform security measures.
Abuse may lead to suspension
We may limit malicious traffic, disable violating addresses, and retain necessary evidence when required by law.
1. Agreement, Effective Date & Eligibility
These terms take effect between you and MsgQuick when you access an inbox, create a permanent address, or submit a verification code. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these rules.
You must comply with the laws where you live and the terms of any third-party website you access. We provide address tools; we do not authorize you to bypass third-party registration limits, age requirements, or account rules.
2. Service Scope
The temporary inbox provides addresses with limited validity, email lists, message viewing, extensions, address changes, and deletion controls. The logged-in workspace provides permanent aliases, limited forwarding archives, and optional two-step verification.
Features, quotas, and retention periods may change for security, capacity, or legal reasons. If a change materially affects logged-in users, we will provide advance notice on the site where reasonably possible.
3. Acceptable Use Boundaries
The test is not whether an email can be received, but whether the conduct is genuine, lawful, and respectful of others’ rights. The list below helps you make a quick decision before using the service, but does not replace applicable law.
When a use falls into both an allowed and a prohibited category, the stricter rule applies. If you are unsure about the boundary, contact support first instead of creating addresses in bulk to test the limits.
Suitable uses
- Separating low-risk website sign-ups and one-time notifications
- Testing subjects, HTML, and attachments sent by your own systems
- Receiving public materials that do not require long-term recovery
- Assigning separate entry points for different public contact scenarios
- Troubleshooting email delivery within a lawful scope of authorization
Prohibited uses
- Phishing, account takeover, fraud, or impersonation
- Sending spam, malware, or harassing content
- Bypassing bans, risk controls, paid access, or identity verification
- Collecting, trading, or exposing other people’s sensitive information
- Automatically exhausting address, storage, or network resources
4. Address, Credential & Account Security
Temporary inboxes are controlled by access tokens; permanent workspaces are protected by email verification codes and optional authenticators. You are responsible for safeguarding these credentials and should not share complete access links, verification codes, or one-time keys.
Sign out and clear local data after using a shared device. If access results from credentials you shared or a device you failed to protect, we may be unable to restore content or determine who performed an action.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Rights in email content remain with the relevant sender or rights holder. We process content temporarily only to receive, display, forward, and protect it. Using the service does not transfer rights in third-party trademarks, attachments, or text to you.
The MsgQuick interface, branding, code, and explanatory text are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the features normally, but may not copy the service, scrape it at scale, or mislead others into believing you represent us.
6. Delivery, Filtering & Deletion
Messages may fail to arrive because of sender delays, network failures, spam filtering, size limits, or third-party policies. Refresh, extension, and retry controls do not guarantee a particular delivery time or success rate.
Deleting a temporary email or permanent archive deletes only the copy under our control; it does not recall copies already forwarded to an external mailbox. Manage any remaining copies in the receiving mailbox and sender platform separately.
7. Availability & Maintenance
We work to keep the service available, but may pause features for security fixes, capacity changes, provider failures, or legal requirements. Temporary tools do not come with a promise of continuous, uninterrupted, or recoverable availability.
We will give reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible; urgent security measures may take effect immediately. Do not rely on MsgQuick as your sole backup, account-recovery channel, or communications system for time-sensitive transactions.

8. Fees, Quotas & Fair Use
Public features may currently be available at no cost, but free access does not mean unlimited resources. We may set reasonable quotas for the number of addresses, request frequency, message size, attachments, and archives to keep access working fairly for everyone.
If paid features are introduced in the future, prices, billing periods, and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase. Visiting a free page will never charge you automatically. Any payment terms will apply alongside these terms.
9. Restrictions, Suspension & Termination
If we detect clear abuse, automated attacks, legal risk, or threats to infrastructure, we may rate-limit, suspend, or delete related addresses and sessions. Some measures may be taken without prior notice to stop ongoing harm.
You may end the relationship by deleting addresses, ending sessions, and stopping use. After termination, limited information that must be retained by law or for security investigations will remain subject to restricted handling under our privacy notice.
10. Third-Party Websites & External Links
Registering for third-party services with a temporary address is also subject to their own rules. We do not control whether they accept disposable email, and are not responsible for their content, charges, bans, or data practices.
Links and attachments in emails come from senders and may be risky. Our content sanitization can reduce some page risks, but cannot replace your checking the sender’s identity and destination URL.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In particular, we do not guarantee that every website will accept an address or that every email will arrive when expected.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by using a temporary address for a long-term account, missing messages, external links, third-party bans, or exposed credentials. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is not limited by this section.
12. Indemnity, Law & Changes to These Terms
If your unlawful use, infringement of another person’s rights, or violation of these terms leads to a third-party claim, you are responsible to the extent permitted by applicable law. We will handle disputes reasonably and proportionately.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in features or law and will update the effective date at the top of the page. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible; continued use means you accept the updated rules.
13. Severability & Contact
If any term is found invalid, the remaining terms remain effective and will be enforced within the lawful scope closest to their original intent. Delaying enforcement of a right does not mean permanently waiving it.
